YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement, integrate and hand over application projects based on standard software
• Provide end‑user support for corporate IT workstation equipment, applications, mobile devices and other end‑user technology in specific domains with flexible schedules
• Commission, further develop and maintain corporate IT workstation equipment and applications
• Document systems, processes and application projects and convey the associated work procedures
• Coordinate and organise sub‑projects in accordance with specifications and agreements
• Collaborate with external service providers

MUST-HAVES

• Completed 3‑year university degree in (Business) Informatics or a 3‑year vocational training program with IT work experience and at least 2 years of specialized IT apprenticeship
• Experience with IT client systems and IT infrastructure
